UAE WPS uses a pipe-delimited SIF file submitted through banks, while Saudi Mudad uses an XML-based wage file submitted directly to the Mudad portal. Saudi Mudad also cross-references data with GOSI records and feeds directly into the Nitaqat Saudization assessment, creating a more integrated compliance ecosystem.
