The Remote Hiring Standard

When an interview is confirmed, a unique, secure Google Meet link is auto-generated and embedded in the calendar invite for both parties. There is no need to manually create a meeting and copy-paste URLs. The context of the interview (Candidate Resume, Job Description, Scorecard) is also attached to the invite, ensuring the interviewer is prepared the moment they join the call.
