Virtual Boundaries, Real Control

Ensure employees are where they say they are. Create virtual perimeters (Geofences) around your workplaces and enforce location compliance automatically.

Multiple Office Support

Create fences for Head Office, Warehouse, and Branch locations. Employees can punch in from any assigned valid zone.

Configurable Radius

Define the allowed radius (e.g., 100 meters) for each site. Punches outside this circle are auto-rejected.

Client Site Visits

Allow sales staff to punch in from designated client locations for meeting validation.

Virtual Perimeter, Real Compliance

Geofencing is the modern alternative to the biometric turnstile. For organizations with multiple branches, retail outlets, or construction sites, installing hardware at every location is prohibitively expensive and hard to maintain. Kiework uses the GPS capability of the smartphone to create a "Virtual Turnstile."

Precision Control

A Geofence in Kiework is a defined latitude, longitude, and radius (e.g., 50 meters). The mobile app listens to the device's location services. When an employee attempts to punch in, the app calculates the distance to the center of the allowed zone. If they are even 1 meter outside the radius, the punch is rejected (or flagged as "Out of Zone" depending on policy). This precision eliminates the "I'm just around the corner" proxy attendance.

Multi-Site Assignment

Employees often move between offices. A Sales Manager might visit the Head Office in the morning and the Warehouse in the afternoon. Kiework allows you to assign multiple valid geofences to a single user. The system automatically detects which site they are at and accepts the punch, tagging it with the site name (e.g., "Punch In @ Warehouse A"). This granular data helps in cost allocation and operational analysis.

Dynamic Site Management

For construction or event management companies, worksites change monthly. Setting up biometrics every time is impossible. With Kiework, an admin can create a new geofence on the map in seconds and assign it to the project team. The moment the site is active, attendance tracking is live. This agility allows HR to keep pace with business operations without hardware lag.
