For secure facilities, factories, and large corporate offices, biometric devices remain the gold standard for access control and attendance. However, most biometric systems are "dumb" data silos. The data sits on a local server, accessible only to IT, and has to be manually exported to USB sticks or CSV files to reach HR. Kiework breaks this silo.
The Cloud Connector
Kiework acts as a universal translator for hardware. Whether you use ZKTeco, Matrix, Suprema, or Essl devices, our "Cloud Sync" agent sits between your devices and the internet. It pushes punch data to the Kiework cloud in real-time (usually within seconds).
This means HR doesn't have to wait until month-end to see attendance data. A Late-In at 9:30 AM is visible on the dashboard by 9:31 AM. This real-time visibility is crucial for safety musters and productivity monitoring.
Centralized User Management
Managing fingerprints across multiple devices is a pain. When a new employee joins, usually IT has to manually register them on every door scanner. Kiework centralizes this. You register the user's template (face or finger) once on a master device. Kiework then pushes this template to all other relevant devices (e.g., Main Gate, Canteen, Server Room) automatically based on their access rights. When an employee leaves, one click in the HRMS revokes their access from all physical devices instantly, closing a major security gap.
