Intelligence Operation: Active

SPY FALL

The Ultimate Game of Questioning, Intuition, and Undercover Survival

Global Locations
Interrogation Game
3 - 12 Operatives
Tactical map and equipment for a spy operation

Mission Briefing

"Don't give away your position.
Everyone is watching."

The Concept

A Test of Subtle Intel

"Spyfall is a unique social deduction game where roles are reversed. Instead of finding a murderer, everyone is in a specific location except for one: The Spy."

The catch? The Spy has no idea where they are. Through a series of rapid-fire questions, the team must identify the intruder while the Spy tries to deduce the location from the clues hidden in the team's answers.

MISSION PROTOCOLS

Protocol 01

The Briefing

Location & Identity Distribution

Each player receives a card. All players except one see the same location (e.g., 'Space Station') and a specific role ('Engineer').

The outlier receives the 'Spy' designation—with no location info and no role instructions.

A timer is set (typically 8 minutes). The interrogation begins immediately.

Interrogation

The Art of the Vague Question

Players take turns asking each other questions. 'Do you like the weather here?' or 'Is your uniform comfortable?'

Non-spies want to prove they know the location without making it obvious to the spy.

The Spy must answer carefully, trying to sound like they belong while gathering data points about the surroundings.

Counter-Intelligence

Identifying the Intruder

At any time, a player can stop the clock and accuse someone of being the Spy. If the group agrees, the accused reveals their role.

If they are the Spy, the team wins. If they are an innocent operative, the Spy wins immediately.

Tension builds as the timer counts down. The Spy's clock is ticking to find the location.

Extraction

The Spy's Final Move

The Spy can reveal themselves at any time to guess the location. If they guess correctly, they win.

This forces the team to be extremely careful with their questioning. Being too specific gives the Spy an easy victory.

The game ends when the Spy is caught, the Spy guesses the location, or the timer runs out.
